2018-2019 Academic Block Information

Academic Block “A”


(Applications are being accepted from Seniors  NOW through Monday, March 11, 2019.)


The Academic Block program is designated to acknowledge academic success. Students interested in obtaining an Academic Block must apply, much like the athlete that must try out and participate in a sport, to receive an Athletic Block.


Students wishing to apply for Academic Block “A” should review the application requirements and complete an application. Applications will only be accepted from Mon. March 4 until Monday, March 11,  2019.

Academic Block Application 2018-19







  1. Attach a Transcript. Write the points next to each course on the transcript.
  2. Write and circle total number of points at top of transcript.
  3. Turn completed transcript with points in to Mrs. D'Audney in the Career Center no later than Monday, March 11, 2019.
  4. Students who qualify for an Academic Block Certificate do NOT NEED to purchase a Block. They will be provided to those who apply and qualify for it, and will be presented at the senior awards ceremony.
